Notes & Combos
This Blue-Eyes Primite decklist got me from around Diamond 3 to Master 1 in a single day. Even while grinding through the tiers of Master i had frequent winstreaks of 6-7.
Blue-Eyes Primite is easily the strongest deck in the game at the moment. It has an amazing matchup against everything else in the meta, and it is very resiliant to interruption. Besides Dimension Shifter, no handtraps can really stop you, even Maxx "C" and Fuwalos aren't much of an issue because you can just sit on the Primite cards and your own 19 handtraps.
Going second isn't scary either because of the high handtrap count, and the high handtrap resistance of the deck also helps going second into constructed boards.
Most of the duels i played with the deck didn't actually have anyone comboing very often, instead they ended up being more control based after a few handtraps, which Primite excells at.
The ratios of the main deck explained:
2 BEWD, because 1 isn't enough and 3 is too bricky.
3 Veiler because it doubles as a handtrap and a psuedo-starter.
2 Droll because it's good to draw second but bad to draw first.
3 Sage, Maiden, Ether Beryl, Lordly Lode, and Wishes for obvious reasons.
The standard Maxx "C"/Fuwalos package also for obvious reasons.
1 Magnamhut because it's the best summon off Heiratic Seal
1 Nibiru as a punish for anyone who decides to extend into our Maxx "C"/Fuwalos.
1 Synchro Rumble for Crimson Dragon. It lets us make 3 Spirit Dragons in one turn (provided we have Lordly Lode or something else to summon a 3rd BEWD).
1 Roar, Mausoleum, Majesty, True Light, and Drillbeam because they're all searchable.
1 Imperm as a Crossout target. 3 isn't needed because we have easy access to Veiler.
3 Dominus Purge because it's basically a second set of Ash Blossom.
ED ratios explained:
1 Tyrant Dragon because he's easily summonable.
1 Neo Ultimate to equip off Wishes for targeting protection.
3 Spirit Dragon because it's an extremely important card for combos.
1 Baronne because it's useful to have
1 Sifr Divine Dragon to summon off Crimson Dragon and protect from Spirit Dragon's end phase destruction.
1 Blazar Dragon to summon with the third Spirit Dragon on our opponent's turn.
1 Crimson Dragon to cheat out our lvl 12 Synchros
1 Ultimate Spirit Dragon because he's the boss monster of the deck.
1 Linkuriboh because we play a lot of lvl 1s
2 Spirit Links because he's an important extender.
1 Seal because we play lots of dragons.
1 S:P.
