Notes & Combos
Main deck:
- To be honest, I'm not sure if the Fenrirs are worth keeping while running Nibiru. Heavy consideration in dropping one or the other.
- I do not run Ash Blassam, as I do not believe it provides enough impact to justify the deck space in a meta where Mathmech / VS-Kash / DLinks are running wild.
- Skill Drain = win game against most non-mirror matchups.
- Gozen Match = a very nice GFYS play if you can get it in at the right time against Kash, Purrelys (when they try to summon plump), Mathmechs (Splash Mage is the best place to hit them). Do note it conflicts with Gamma / Fenrir / Nibiru.
- In the current meta, Daruma Cannon is probably the best (read: safest) trap to fish out with Lady Labrynth. Fcks over everything that's outside the mirror matchup.
- I do still (barely) find EEV to be worth running. Killing off all your opponent's spells during draw phase OR killing all their traps during the End Phase can be game winning on its own. Alternatively, fishing out an EEV during a grind game (e.g. turn 3+) can make the game extremely lopsided.
Extra Deck:
- Should probably run 2-3x Chaos Angel, but I'm not willing to spend another 30-60 UR dust on this.
- Mereologic Aggregator & Downerd are the first to be dropped for other choices.
- Numeron Dragon has closed out more games than I am willing to admit 😅.
- Dingirisu / Zeus line sees barely any play (if you have 2 ladies out you're probably not in a position where you want to sit on a Zeus to end your turn...)
