Notes & Combos
Raidraptor never dies, reached Master V very fast after tenpai's hit. I expand the quantity of cards to 60 for two reasons, first dragoon must be played here and now in RR, second, the probability of drawing dark magician or red-eye dragon is 25% for 40 cards, and that reduces to around 10% for a 60 build. To guarantee the probability of drawing 2 starters is no less than 80% in a 60 build, at least 29 starters should be played, and I play exactly 29. For the rest 31 cards, I play 12 going first protection cards, that guarantees the probability of drawing one of them being more than 60%.
The best part of banlist is that now after tenpai throws 1-3 handtraps to stop my combo, my dragoon can 99% punish it. Just negate the field in main phase, otherwise negate the Paidra in battle phase, the ATK boost of field spell is currently the only way for tenpai to get rid off dragoon without the help of specific cards like dropplet and tactics. From Diamond 2 to Master V, I encountered 3 tenpai matches, where I compromised with just a dragoon, and I won all of them. And lastly I prefer Ghost Mourner to Veiler just because Veiler is a totally dead card in my turn and that's annoying especially when I draw it at turn 2. Also, veiler cannot do anything in battle phase.

Yes, that depends on the open hand, since RR's starters either have no effect to activate when they are on the field, or the effect getting negated won't hurt too much. There are only two things that matter, the Raider's Knight does not get negated, and the Brave Strix does not get ashed. So for example if I have Magical Mid-Breaker Field, directly call Ash, if I have redreboot and my opponent starts to have response timing after I normal summon, than I should consider should I force out the Veiler or bait it, do I care the veiler, since Raider Wing can protect from it, so maybe it's better to still call Ash. Basically that's quite tricky, totally depends on the open hand, but apart from 2 called-by, 1 crossout, 3 magical field, and 2 redreboot, Sales Ban is still the best protection card I can find, for RR specifically. Another reason Sales ban is worth playing is because it can be used as a breakthrough card when going second, actually it's better than call-by going second, especially when the opponent has no spell-trap negate.

Well bro, that's genius, haven't considered that, actually I play 1 fuwalos totally to feed crossout, but clearly if you open fuwalos and simorph then that's also the full combo starters.

has to be thorugh force strix tho, cuz fuwalos isn't dark for raiders knight. I'm not familiar with the deck so dont know if that is combo. If force strix is then that means fuwalos + simorgh/abyss actor/kagetokage is combo which is dope for a bricky hand trap

Yes, Fuwalos is not dark, that's a issue, so you need at least another bird, which means Fuwalos is still likely to be a brick when going first, even in RR.
