I think that the Tearlaments and high amount of Dangers really help going second, which is why I play this version instead of a traditional list.
Going first the deck can usually play through handtraps with ease and win the Maxx C challenge most of the time.
The endboard you're aiming for is: Rulkallos, Grapha Fusion, Apollousa, Muckraker, S:P, Accession set and Transaction Rollback + Ghost Meets Girl in grave.
If you want to make the deck less bricky, you can definitely remove Transaction Rollback and Ghost Meets Girl to add more monsters. Your endboard is usually still strong enough to win and they don't help going second, but I caused 7 disconnects just with this combo, so I decided to keep it in.
