Yeah, it's somewhat powerful; at full combo, it can create an end-board of four omni-negates and big beaters: Cyberdarkness Dragon, Cyberdark End Dragon, Therion "King" Regulus, and Cyber Dragon Sieger. It can also consistently OTK. However, it is vulnerable to Kaijus, disruption, and bricks on occasion. Definitely not a meta contender, but a cheap and enjoyable deck.

Because the deck is mid-range, you should go first and deny your opponent with omni-negates (Cyberdarkness Dragon, Therion "King Regulus"), then go for lethal on your next turn. If you lose the coin flip, the deck can also go second and OTK with Chimeratech Rampage Dragon and Chimeratech Overdragon.

What do you think about adding Predaplant Verte Anaconda instead of Wind Pegasus? I don't know how we can summon him because I don't see a tuner in the deck.

Wind Pegasus' main purpose is to be sent to the GY with Cyberdark Claw to shuffle a card into the deck. You can run Verte if you prefer, but you'll also need to add Overload Fusion to your deck.
